Feature request - Create a note for a specific domain/Email address instead of a specific message

Hi. This addon looks really nice. However, I'm looking for a way to create a general note to be displayed whenever I correspond with a certain Email address (person) or a certain domain (company) instead of a note for a specific message. For example, whenever J.D is writing to me I would like to see a reminder that he likes apples, or whenever I receive an Email from company X I'll be reminded that they don't accept a certain payment method. Things like that.
