Sorry... We are going to change to `universal-ctags`, but we didn't test it on Windows... I have reverted to the old version `ctags` for Windows platform, it should be fixed....

Here is my fix patch: 84378a9d81e815cf29d387430bacdbaf3476bf7c It works for me, but I'm not sure whether there is any side effect...
