Plz update hwloc to stable 2.3

Thanks for update hwloc to 2.4, but XMRig still showing that is 2.2. Can you fix it?

For MSVC hwloc included into xmrig source tree and it already updated in dev branch https://github.com/xmrig/xmrig/commit/ca3695a754579b3d0803e07ce0a50ef1716ba5ca Thank you.
