opencl failure after graphics card driver update

using a rx580 on windows 7, I even used the config wizard and I still have this problem. current driver is AMD Adrenalin 21.4.1

I rolled back the graphics card driver version to 21.3.2 and opencl compiled and ran just fine. its a temporary fix until I know to to get it working on the newest update
