there's an issue to disable debugging all together #1597
i think what we can do is letting the farmer on the chain enable debugging with an extrinsic and once the node picks that up it enables the debugging tools?

It worked before installing dnsutils but for reference : `pacman -Ss dnsutils`
My bad I enabled `zdb` tests and disabled the other ones :) I disabled zdb tests for now sorry for the inconvenience
