chore: fix accessibility module

Accessibility

This module contains functions for determining and making colour more accessible.

It will include the following utilities:

• [ ] adaptive()
• [ ] deficiency()
• [ ] contrast()

The adaptive utility is the one that has not been developed yet but I will start working on it tomorrow.
