Menus not visible inder Mac Sierra

The app launches just fine, but I only see "Python" as a menu item. I do not see "File" so I can not configure for a Lime input. I've tried docking full size (green dot) and un docking - no joy. I have Lime Suite, SoapySDR, Pothos, GR, etc installed. I am running python version: Python 3.6.4 (v3.6.4:d48ecebad5, Dec 18 2017, 21:07:28) [GCC 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5666) (dot 3)] on darwin
