Facing version issue when trying to run docker-compose deploy script

Hi , We are setting up WEBPA using docker-compose using the steps mentioned from https://github.com/xmidt-org/xmidt/tree/master/deploy/docker-compose.

When running the script, facing the below error. ``deploy/docker-compose/deploy.sh scytale talaria ~/webpa/WEBPA_DOCKER/xmidt ~/webpa/WEBPA_DOCKER/xmidt Building Simulator... Could you please help us on this issue.

Docker compose yaml file is having the version 3.8. Is there any version restriction?
