Crash when Beeftext replace combo
Hi, since I updated Windows 11 to 22H2 release, Beeftext crash just after delete combo (but did not write the substitute). There is no error message, the app silently quit.
I had the same problem. I uninstalled Beeftext, restarted my pc, and reinstalled it (v14.0). It works fine for me now — hope this helps somehow.

This solution seems to have worked for me, too.
Unfortunately I have a Windows 11 machine, I updated it to 2022H2, and encountered no problem. I wish I could reproduce it because it's really not a good experience for the user, but if you say reinstalling fixes the problem, at least you're not stuck.
I'll keep the issue open.
Crashing is pretty intense, before it happened every now and then, now 3 of 5 tries end up crashing Beeftext. Already tried reinstalling.
Have you tried re-installing Beeftext?
Have you tried re-installing Beeftext?
Yes I do, but same crash happen with both (portable and installable) versions.
Also crashing for me, this is the content of error report log from event viewer, but nothing in the beeftext log. I hope it is useful for debugging? Have not tried re-installing, it helps a after restart, but i notice it could be after going standby and/or hibernation overnight.
I don't know if it is related, my windows 11 can't sleep, wont go idle, won't activate screen saver even since before 2022h2. but beeftext crashing only after 2022h2.
I have been having this problem since updating to Windows 11 to 22H2 as well. I've managed to capture some event log details, so I hope they are helpful to resolving this problem.

Just wanted to add an update:
After I thought a reinstall fixed the crashing issues, a more recent Windows 11 update also caused Beeftext to constantly crash again... so back to square one. 🙃
