Snippet replaces the keyword and several other words preceding the keyword

Expected behavior

Snippet only replaces the keyword

Actual behavior

Snippet replaces the keyword and several other words preceding the keyword. Then keyboard behaves as if CTRL is being held down until Beeftext is shutdown.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Keyword is "Josee". Snippet is "Josée"

Beeftext version (e.g. Beeftext v7.0 Portable Edition).

V 14.0

Operating system version (e.g Windows 10)

Windows 11

HI. Do you use a shortcut to trigger substitution? (i.e. is the Ctrl key down at the moment the substitution occurs?).

Yes, the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+\
