[Feature] Exclude combos or groups from specified applications

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like != / <= >= to be replaced with ≠ ÷ ≤ ≥ in most applications except for Eclipse IDE (a programming IDE).

Describe the solution you'd like Please add a way to configure a combo or group to be disabled in certain applications (e.g., eclipse.exe).
