[Bug] Creating a combo with a keyword ending in # causes Ctrl key to be constantly pressed when the combo is activated

This issue is pretty similar to #411, but instead of the Shift key being pressed, in my case it's the Control one. And also, I'm not using any modification like the author of that issue did (Resource Hacker).

Maybe @alienfxfiend could clarify what were they using as the keyword trigger in order to investigate.

Expected behavior

The snippet is pasted correctly.

Actual behavior

The snippet is not pasted, and something causes the Control key to be permanently pressed until you hit Ctrl+Alt+Del.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Create a combo with a keyword ending in #, for example hi#, then type it, see how the snippet isn't pasted, and that you can't write in text areas or something because the Control key is being invisible-pressed.

Beeftext version (e.g. Beeftext v7.0 Portable Edition).
