[Feature] Ability to monitor clipboard and replace on match

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment I have certain similar but different strings that I copy regularly, but have to manually modify after the fact in predictable ways.

Describe the solution you'd like A way to scan newly copied clipboard contents for a subset of combo keywords (or maybe regex? see context) in order to replace it with a modified version.

Describe alternatives you've considered Not really an alternative, but a regex variable could be useful.

Additional context e.g. I would copy: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2xrFgVAJuMRLVy0byNAwzO?si=9ccba02a7c034708 and be able to get out https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2xrFgVAJuMRLVy0byNAwzO
