@Targunitoth's fork appears to have incorporated some of the clean-up mentioned in one of the Todo's. It would be nice to incorporate this back into this fork.

I'm not sure if the project is just dead/deprecated I made the mistake to somehow fork version 1.0 instead of 1.2. So there would be some work to do and not just a pull request.

I wouldn't call it dead/deprecated, likely just no urgency to maintain/update.

The script as-is worked perfectly fine for me with the limitations documented in these issues.

In case anyone needs this in the future, this should help document what is still outstanding in case someone has time to pick up and incorporate back in here.
