Improvement: Styling Guide

Just a suggestion - it would be helpful to have a wiki page on styling cells in various ways, or some common layouts developers typically try to achieve.

I absolutely agree. There is litterally nothing on this and it has cost me about 150 hours of easily avoidable nonsense. Including embarrassing consequences in front of customers. (And I'm only using perhaps 9 controls.) If I could start again I would DEFINATELY not use Eureka. Not because it isn't good, but because its not really a "tool". It's a set of "manacles". (You cannot change the date time picker fore colour for example.)

For another frustrating example I lost 5 hours today trying to get the SegmentedRow foreground colour to change (you can't) I don't understand why its not a) systematically the same via a simple uniform base property and b) the same on every element type. It's simply lazy. No other word for it. (Being brutal, but the truth hurts.)

I think the devs have never had customers who ever made change requests before! It's so embarrassing to say "I can change these 4 but not this 5th one" in a meeting

https://material.io/develop/ios/ is where I am leaning at the moment, but it's still no fully mature (dates etc) and I have a feeling google may abandon it unless it gains significant traction..
