cordova-ios 6+ supporting

Cordova-ios (ver. 6+) stoped supporting CDVURLProtocol (it was deleted at all) and some other classes that are still using in the plugin (see changelog ). Are you going to migrate the code base to support the latest cordova-ios? Thank you for the supporting this plugin.

We are using this plugin again. Updated some iOS stuff for latest version, I haven't encountered any issues for now.
