openssl linux 版本希望可以配置只编译静态库， 不编译动态库

看了下 repo 库里的 xmake.lua linux 下没有选项可以打开 no-shared

我也有这个需求，尝试了下在 ubuntu 22 下把 openssl 静态链接进去，但是会告警，说在静态程序里用了一些依赖动态库的函数。 如果希望静态链接进去的话还是得用 musl ，windows的话用 wsl alpine 静态链接就没问题了。
