you could test https://github.com/hexart/T480-OpenCore-Hackintosh it says 'sidecar working'

I think is related to SMBIOS - Sidecar wired Works with 15,2 SMBIOS.

I think if you want to use it wireless you should get a native Wireless card, I have a native card but I don't have an ipad.

ı have dw1820a. ı change my SMBIOS settings with 15,2. sidecar working with cable but not connect wireless mode. is DW1820 a native card ?

I think only Fenvi cards are native (you don't need any kexts related with WiFi or Bluetooth) , yours is from Dell. I have the BCM94360NG.

You should try turning on your airdrop, maybe that can help to use the sidecar option.
