README.rst should show new jdiff instead of jsondiff

Since 1.2 uses the command line jdiff, the README.rst should be updated to reflect that.

Both jdiff and jsondiff work now 😊 I think in the future jsondiff will be deprecated from this line: warnings.warn("jsondiff is deprecated. Use jdiff instead.", DeprecationWarning)
