Less effects in v 2.8.4

it seems the number of built in effects is back to 5 from 15 for fw F 2.8.4

Noticed on upgraded 400 cluster...perhaps because the upper effects were hard to access, and this makes more room for movies ?

Also F 2.8.15. G2.8.15. 5 effects. F 2.5.9 has 15
