Looking to update the Workshop node as I am facing issues

Question I have been facing issues when I am using this workshop's node. I am facing the same issue shown here in stackoverflow when compiling. (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72218948/getting-error-could-not-compile-libp2p-noise-due-to-previous-error-while-co) Any ideas? I suspect it is due to the node being a very old version of Substrate. Is it possible to update it? If not could you give some guidelines into the update process? The workshop video covers items like the traits have changed a lot in the new versions of ORML related pallets.
