Improve translation downloading

  • [x] Support resuming downloading, useful for users with poor connections
  • [ ] Support translation fixes without downloading whole translation again
  • [ ] Unzipping and saving to DB at the same time

I had downloaded the ESV translation on the Bible Reader app, and used it for awhile, then it suddenly was no longer there on my app. I went to the "translations available for download," and it was not there, either. Can this be fixed? btw: other than this issue, this has been an outstanding Bible study tool, thank you so much for it!!
