Cannot find Penumbra in the Plugin Installer window anymore

I wanted to reinstall Penumbra today, but after pasting the repo.json, pressing the + and clicking on "save changes and close" Penumbra still doesnt show up in the Plugin Installer. Is Penumbra just still not up to date for Dawntrail or is something else going on here?

Penumbra is only in testing at this time. We are not providing assistance in getting it set up at this time. If you are in the Discord and are unable to set it up reading the pins, it is advised to wait till it is fully released.
