Mods disappearing after PVP

I was doing a bunch of Crystalline Conflict yesterday, and for some reason when I left the instance and instanced back into my housing ward, the mod I had installed for my chestpiece wouldn't display. My character was just completely topless, even though I was still wearing the piece. A redraw did not fix the problem, neither did changing instances. Deleting and reinstalling the mod didn't work either, I had to completely restart my game for the mod to work properly again. This happened with both my chestpiece and headpiece at different points after playing Crystalline Conflict. I'm not 100% sure it's caused by CC, but it's what I was doing before the bug occurred and this bug hasn't happened to me before elsewhere. Both mods were in my personal collection for my character only.
