[Feature Request] Ability to Export/Import Character Collections

Putting in for a feature request for Exporting/Importing Character Collections. If not the mods and settings then at least the settings. It would be nice to be able to hand someone your penumbra character collection and then they are able to see you how you see you. Don't know how feasible this is but figured I would put it out there.

%appdata%\XIVLauncher\pluginConfigs\Penumbra\collections you'll need to have the same mods though, at least the relevant ones, with identically named settings and mod folders.
