Errors when running SaitCoinanch.Cmd.exe

I am experiencing a number of issues running the subject command.

In the attached screen shot, the first time I ran the command it suggested there were missing sheets and that an update was available. When I selected y to update, it got an exception.

So I ran it a second time without requesting the update. I selected the french language, and then executed rawexd. However, there were two sheet read failures.

Is this normal behavior? Do I need to do something to enable it to update and read the failed sheets? Or can I just ignore all these error messages?
