Getting a new release out?

Last release seems was 10 years ago and the repo has had "a few" commits since then, it'd be good to share it with the rest of the world :)

@ph3-der-loewe volunteered to spruce things up and do a release, so hopefully soon!

IRT man-page1 I believe that vorbis comments can also be applied to OPUS files if true then please update same.
