Windows ARM64 UWP dll

Dear Opus Community,

We are looking for a ARM64 UWP dll of Opus - we tried to build it from source but receive errors during the build (e.g. we change all #includes and receive: error C2440: 'type cast': cannot convert from 'int' to 'int64x1_t).

We would also be happy for someone to do paid consulting to get us a suitable dll.

Could you clarify what you mean by mail thread? I'm looking for the same thing as philomathikus (ARM64 dll).

This one build Arm64 dll.
