Please provide both FLAC binaries & libFLAC.dll's (x86/x64) with the next release of FLAC here on the Github page.

Just because I'm curious, could you please tell what you use libFLAC.dll for?

With Audacity, CUETools for example.

There is more softwares out there that use the libFLAC.dll.
