Worker dockerfile fails when trying to install linux-tools-$(uname -r).

I think the first failure might have been a fluke for the other dockerfile. Will update if it fails again.

I think the problem is related to running on aws since the ami uses a different kernel.

Can't copy the error so I'll just type in part of it. Unable to locate package linux-tools-6.2.0-1012-aws
