Wrong separator character

Very good tool, very useful!

Imo, the only thing that is not perfect is the termination character, which is set to '\r' instead of '\n'. Note that '\r' is the carriage return and '\n' is the newline character.

I hope for one fix of the following list:

• change to the true newline character '\n'
• allow '\r' and '\n' and '\r\n' as possible separator
• make the separator chosable
• change documentation from newline to carriage return (least favourable solution imo)

The reason I prefer '\n' is, that most command line tools (sed and similar) seem to be preferring this over '\r'.
