RAM out of memory and process killed

Why does RAM usage keep increasing on training and dropping to the starting level after each epoch? Then Ram out of memory. How to minimize ram usage constantly increasing? Thank you.

I have same issue too. I have Mac M1 (16GB) (256GB) 2020/21.

similar issue, process killed by linux kernel( SIGNAL 11), 4GPU 64G RAM

Also having this problem on my laptop. Didn't have this problem on my desktop with same RAM size, OS, model, settings, etc.

How can I debug the cause?
