Difference of network architecture between this repo. and paper

Hello, thanks for your awesome work!

However, i find that the implement of upconv. part is different between repo. and paper.

In the paper,

1. use different radius to group neighbor points
2. layer's unit setting
3. four upconv. layers

In the repo.,

1. use knn
2. same as above
3. three upconv.layers and one 3d interpolation layer
