Inferrence code for using only 2D keypoint annotation for training

Great work and thanks for sharing the code! Since I am trying to re-train it on a different setting of dataset, I am wondering if it's possible that you could share the inference code of using only 2D keypoint annotation for training(first part)? I noticed that now the inference code needs all three parts. That would be very helpful and thanks again for your help!
