Strange Phase Values

Why there are Phase Values that looks like square wave? Anyone gets the same results?

What do you mean by normalized? Are you sure this isn't the result of your unwrapping/not unwrapping? To me this looks like the shifts are by pi.

I used the normalize function of Matlab, it normalize the data to z-score. However, the original data have the same problem Fewphase11
