Is there a way to collect the transmission magnitude to calculate the EVM / doppler effect / multipath values?

That's too much information. I think EVM is possbile since the Wi-Fi card reports such information, but I didn't record it. You can check the datasheet of some Atheros Wi-Fi cards. It will detail about how the Wi-Fi cards report EVM.

For Doppler effect and multipath, there are research papers about that. I don't think it directly available.
