Schedule: DST starting breaks events with a start/end time inside the "missing hour"

Schedule an event for the 21st March 2023 at 01:59 finishing at 03:00, repeating hourly. The following happens:

In the above image the 01:59 event is 02:59 thereafter. It does not recover with DST ends in October.

Technically 6 hours is correctly being added to the event which played at 02:59. I think the issue here is that the repeated hour should be skipped entirely (i.e. the schedule for 1AM "the missing hour" shouldn't be moved to 2AM.
