Tasks: options shouldn't be saved at the end of a run

Doing so is an odd user experience as any options edited during a task run are reverted when it finishes.

We have historically used this mechanism to:

• keep watermarks/track progress
• enabled/disable tasks

We can survey the existing tasks to see if we need to workaround any logic that already exists, but if not, we can remove updating the options from the end of run task save.
