Video: thumbnail preview isn't centred like the video is

If you collect a thumbnail of a video on upload and pop it in a region with a different aspect ratio, the thumbnail is shown in preview which is great, but it isn't centred.

Trying to recreate this issue and I can't - marking as won't fix for now.
