建议优化音频默认选择优先级

目前在设置中选Atmos时（视频默认选8K hevc），ugc视频的杜比视界、单杜比全景声均能优先选择到Atmos音轨。但对于有atmos的pgc内容打开默认是192 AAC。 比如电影、番剧： https://b23.tv/ep744327 https://b23.tv/ep756204

设置中默认选择Hi-res时，单杜比全景声、pgc番剧会默认选择aac而不是atmos。 比如：https://b23.tv/CoFq2ad，以及上面的番剧。

建议调节成Hi-res > Atmos > AAC的优先级 或者直接按音视频的清晰度代码选择
