Provide global shortcut for `Enable scanning`
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If Enable scanning is enabled, Ctrl+C starts displaying the pop-up when any text is copied. This can be both very convenient OR very annoying, depending on what the user is trying to do. Currently, https://xiaoyifang.github.io/goldendict-ng/ui_popup/ only mentions that it can be toggled from "the toolbar or using the context menu of tray icon".

Additionally, (or if the above isn't possible), it would be good to add Alt completion to the right click on the menu. So Alt + s would trigger Scanning when the right click menu is open. E.g.:
