seems like a bug in save sgf function.when i have time ,i look into it.

fixed on Windows 11 ,but still persisted on Windows 10.

gd-ng用的webengine相当于是 隐私模式 的浏览方式。 应该不会持久保存相关信息
用在什么地方的？ 如果确实有需要，后续可以开启看下
 默认就是开启的，感觉还是跟隐私模式有关系。
