Songs' tag updating strategy

Notice that some song may have been modified in other apps and opened with Aurora Music, the tag stored in Aurora Music may be obsolete, so it is necessary to make a tag update when song is modified, what's the strategy?

1. Every time when song is played, read the song again and update tag.
2. Every time when open app and scan all songs, check the last modified time, and refresh the newer songs.

Another way is raise a background worker and scan for files every X minutes, but I'm afraid this may break the background time limit.
