看起来很困难，因为 windows 没有 android app 的概念（可能 uwp 差不多），而是一大堆的 exe

开启 fakedns
老版本支持在通用设置里改，新版好像别的协议是在节点设置里改，但 ss 节点设置没有 multiplex 估计是作者改漏了。🤣
