MJRefresh上拉加载更多时，数据源数组已经更新，刷新collectionView却没有出现更多数据，很奇怪。延时调用刷新就可以

请问大佬，为啥要在prepareLayout里面判断collectionView.isDecelerating ||collectionView.isDragging？

 我使用过程中遇到了个问题 我在上拉加载更多数据的时候，collectionView是在滑动的，数据返回的时候 reloadData，这里直接return了，布局刷新不了。。。。。
