Hi, Thank you very much for this awesome pipeline! I have a problem with my master.tsv file, kegg_pathways and metacyc_pathways are not reported for the genes - see attached. (They are reported in the html summary file). I am not using docker. master.tsv.txt Thanks, Camilla
