Current downloadable reference archive is missing the hmm/rna folder

The archive at: http://ebg.ucalgary.ca/metaerg/db.tar.gz is missing the hmm/rna folder. Older versions used the hmmrna folder from the repo, current version expects the DBDIR/hmm/rna folder, which is also created by the setup script.

This results in rna_finder not finding (ha) the arc.hmm file, see https://github.com/Finesim97/MetaErgInstallHelper/issues/5

Temporary solution for users:

cp -r   metaerg/hmmrna metaerg/db/hmm/rna
