Hi,

Great pipeline! Its such a pain to install all the packages necessary, especially the Perl modules - which I was unsuccessful. It would be great to make it easier for people to install using conda. I'm sure you will have more users and citations if MetaErg was available to install via conda! :)

Hello, I started working on collecting conda deps a while back, but not all libraries are available. CPAN packages can be added to bioconda, but MinPath for example could be a problem. It It still uses Python 2 if I remember correctly and has no license specified which allows redistribution. You already used but for others here is my installation script: https://github.com/Finesim97/MetaErgInstallHelper
