Distance not estimated for new classes

Hello, I am trying to use this repo for bird distance estimation. I have replace my YOLOv5 trained model with the model present in this repo. Bird detection is working but the distance estimated is always 0.00m. Can you let me know the steps to resolve this issue?. Which code within the repo has to be changed to get the results?.Thanks for sharing your work.

how are you running the program. I am having issues with cuda
