where is the file cep_program = 'LogProcessing'?

I have read the whole paper named Generalizable Resource Allocation in Stream Processing via Deep Reinforcement Learning and i wanna reproduce the code of the paper.However,in paper ,there is less information about how to deploy the simulator CEPsim and in code ,i could not find the file cep_program = 'LogProcessing'.Could you give out the corresponding file?I would appreciate it if you could give me some advice.I am looking forward to receiving your earliest reply.
